My daily routine for my fitness and healthy life
1. Get up from bed at 5.30 am:-
Start my day early, 30 minute before sunrise, approximately at 5.30 amDrink a glass of lukewarm water.
I prefer Fenugreek water.
2. Bed Tea at 5.45 am:-
Drink a cup of green tea or black coffee without sugarI prefer Hunza tea.
I walk for 15-20 minutes in treadmill at home.
I do basic stretching, then I start with push-ups, squat, plank and pull-ups (3-4 minutes each workout)
After 15 minutes of these regular exercises, I drink 1 glass of water.
Then I take bath.
3. Breakfast at 8.00 am:-
Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes of breakfast.I used to eat something nutritious and healthy for breakfast. Ensuring my breakfast is the biggest meal of the day.
I prefer to eat 500 grams of seasonal fruit chart.
Sometime I take a boiled egg or half fried egg with roti.
4. Morning snack at 11.30 am:-
Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes of morning snack.Tea with milk and little sugar with few dry fruits.
I prefer only tea.
5.Lunch at 2.0 pm:-
Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes of lunch.My lunch actually like breakfast ought to be solid and nutritious. Lunch ought to be more modest than breakfast and ought to incorporate great complex carbohydrates proteins, and fats. . Take smaller plates, and eat with some restraint. Puffed rice chat.
Coffee or tea with milk and sugar.
I prefer dry fruits, sometime puffed rice chat with tea or coffee with less sugar.
7. Dinner at 9.0 pm:-
Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes of dinner.I consider dinner as my smallest meal of the day. It should not be heavy.
I prefer one small roti and puffed rice with mixed vegetables, dal, and sometime small piece of chicken.
8. Go to bed at 11.0 pm:-
Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes of go to bed.It is better to sleep for 7–8 hours and maintain the sleep cycle.
But I sleep for 6 – 7 hours.
What should I avoid?
By the end of the day, ensure you drink a minimum of 2 – 3 litres of water.
Avoid junk, packaged and processed foods.
Avoid packaged fruit juice.
