For 1 cup of tea:

1. 2 cup of Water 
2. 3 Mint (Podina) leaves
3. 1 Basil ( Tulsi ) leaf
4. 1 small piece of Cinnamon or its powder.
5. 1 Cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi)
6. 5 grams Ginger
7. 5 grams Jaggery

Boil for 10 minutes in low flame so that 2 cup water reduces to 1 cup.

Then strain and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Enjoy this Hunza tea instead of morning tea or coffee. 

It can be used in the morning and evening.
