Life is not possible without water. Water keeps us free from many diseases. Water does not allow harmful substances to dissolve in the blood and cleanse the blood. Water does not allow the level of acid in the stomach to rise and removes waste materials from the body. Water keeps our body hydrated and healthy. It is very important to live life. Every cell in our body needs water. Water is important not only for your digestion but also for the function of the heart, lungs, and brain.

1. Always drink water in sips instead of gulping an entire glass of water in a single breath, it will much more beneficial for health. Drinking rapidly goes through the food pipe present in the throat to the stomach and damages the surrounding organs and stomach. Drinking water in a standing posture can worsen digestion, which can cause various types of stomach and intestine-related diseases and arthritis.


2. Drink water always in a sitting position rather than standing. Some people have a habit of drinking water while standing and walking, this habit of drinking water can make you unknowingly ill. By sitting and drinking water, the water is digested properly and reaches the cells.  By absorbing the water that the body needs, the remaining water comes out of the body through urine.  


3. Drink water stored in silver or copper vessels if possible, as these metals have an antibacterial effect.


4. In the whole day drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water equivalent to a minimum of 2 -3 liters. Quantity may vary accordingly with the weight of the body and climate.


5. Never drink water at midnight or at bedtime as this increases the workload on the kidneys and heart. It also increases urine output at night and interrupts sleep. Take only a few sips that may be beneficial for sound sleep.

Early morning 2 glasses of water

30 minutes before each meal

Two hours after each meal

Two hours Before going to bed

After a workout with some rest and before a workout

1. Just Before bath -

2. Early morning on the empty stomach - 

Cleanses the digestive system naturally and improves metabolism and detoxification of the body. When you wake up in the morning, drink one to two glasses of water first. You are not able to drink water while sleeping at night, because of this you are already dehydrated. So drink water to keep the body hydrated.


3. Before each meal - 

Lowers cholesterol, improves digestion. Of course, you have to drink water immediately, but to control the food you must drink a glass of water before eating.  According to experts, water plays a good role in your weight management.  If you drink a glass of water before meals, you will feel full.  In such a situation, you will avoid eating excessive food and hence weight will also be under control. 


4. After a workout and before workout -. 

If you are starting an exercise, start drinking water two days in advance.  It is important to keep yourself fully hydrated during and after exercise.  Otherwise, there may be a decrease in performance when dehydrated.  Water should be drunk for one hour before going jogging in the morning.  Even after the workout is complete, hydrate yourself well after rest.


5. Drink a sip of water before bed -

Whenever you go to sleep at night, drink one or two sips of water before it. Some people do not do this in the laziness of going to the toilet, but drinking water is a good habit for a better night's sleep.
