Average adult human body contains approximately 60 to 65% of water.

New born baby contains up to 90% of water

Drinking adequate and plenty of water in wright time and in wright way is very very important chapter for the healthy life not only for human being but also for all living beings including plants.

Specially warm water is very much beneficial for the health. Chinese and Japanese peoples are always use to drink warm water with food. If we drink warm water at least at morning it will clean our digestive system and gives many health benefits. If we drink warm water with dinner it will improve sound sleep.

Early morning 2 glass of water

30 minutes before each meal
Two hours after each meal

Two hours Before going to bed

After workout with some rest and before workout

General rules of drinking water:


Always drink water in sips instead of gulping entire glass of water in a single breath, it will much more beneficial for health.

Drink water always in sitting position rather than standing.

Drink water stored in silver or copper vessels if possible, as these metals have antibacterial effect.

In whole day drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water.
Quantity may vary accordingly with weight of body and climate.
Never drink water at mid night or at bed time as this increase work load on kidneys and heart. It also increase urine out put at night and interrupt in sleep.

  2. Thanks for sharing these wonderful information about human health and water. Our doctor always suggest, we can drink minimum 5 Liter and maximum 7 liter water per day. It can improve our immunity power as well as glow our skin also. That mean this can work like nutrition drinks.
